Stategic Planning

Much of our work involves helping organisations plan for the future. We provide the time and space and an independent perspective to help trustees, management, staff and volunteers look beyond the day to day and think long-term. This might involve us designing and facilitating an “awayday” for staff and trustees to develop their strategic vision and then helping translate this into a live and practical document. We also help organisations to develop and take forward a Funding or Income Generation Strategy, providing a clear framework and action plan for building sustainability and resilience.

Funding

Finding enough funding for your organisation’s activities can be a challenge. Clarity CIC can help identify grant funding and provide bid writing support.  We also provide support to organisations wanting to explore alternative sources of income including contracts and trading.
